Test description:
Genomic analysis by sequencing 125 genes from the tumor tissue compared to sequencing the same genes from the patient’s normal tissue (using a saliva sample), to identify the mutations (including MSI) to personalize a specific targeted treatment and immunotherapies
Type of sample:
Tissue of the tumor extracted during surgery or biopsy which is paraffin embedded and a saliva sample of the patient
